The Concept
Design & Process
The concept was to move away from a traditional jersey and create something more versatile. We built the design around Barcelona’s architectural identity, primarily drawing from the Sagrada Familia. The structure and detailing of the artwork reflect a mural-like approach, giving the shirt a more crafted feel.
Camp Nou was integrated into the composition to ground it in football culture, while the typography uses a classic serif style to give the piece a timeless character.
Color played a key role. The base was kept as a soft cream linen, with red and yellow drawn from Barcelona’s identity, and subtle green accents added to balance the palette.
The garment itself is a Cuban shirt, chosen for its relaxed structure and compatibility with the visual direction.
