Design & Process
The collection includes 9 designs, each centered around a specific player and their moment. We built a consistent system across all pieces-
Front- a minimal icon designed for embroidery, combining club elements with player-specific celebrations
Back- a full illustration capturing the moment or narrative
Each design was treated individually in terms of storytelling, but had to sit together as a collection.
Material and garment selection were also part of the process. Different base t-shirts were chosen depending on the design, including acid wash and cut-and-sew formats, to better match the visual direction of each piece.
A key constraint was production. All designs were limited to five colors for high density screen printing. This required simplifying forms, avoiding gradients, and carefully planning color usage while maintaining visual impact.
